The platform is dedicated to commercial intermediary services connecting suppliers and importers, as well as foreign companies seeking local partners in the Saudi market and vice versa, including local companies seeking international business partners. The platform also provides services within the Saudi market to facilitate the search for local partners. By accessing or using this platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Nexus Leap reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Definitions

These Terms include all general and specific provisions, policies, disclaimers, authorizations, and related notices applicable to the platform. The platform operator is referred to as “Nexus Leap Company,” “Platform Management,” or “we/us/our,” and the user as “you,” “your,” or “the User.”

• Foreign companies may pay via approved gateways or bank transfer.

• The platform is not responsible for payment rejection by banks or issuers.
• Users must ensure payment details are accurate and cards are legally owned.
• All payments are subject to verification by issuing banks.

10. Amendments

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
